- Digital Product Purchase & Delivery
● All products currently sold on this site are digital calisthenics training plans.
● Once purchased, plans are delivered via email or instant download, depending on the product.
- Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered.

- Elite Plan — Custom Coaching Terms
The Calite Elite Plan includes premium features beyond our standard digital products. By purchasing the Elite Plan, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
What’s Included:
● A fully customized calisthenics training plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and equipment.
● Access to a private Telegram community, exclusive to Elite members.
● 1-on-1 coaching support from a Calite coach.
● Weekly check-in/update calls for 4 weeks (via Google Meete, Zoom, Telegram, or another agreed method).
Expectations & Guidelines:
● Your custom plan will be delivered via email within 2–5 working days of submitting your intake form.
● Coaching and calls are limited to the 30-day window unless otherwise specified or renewed.
● You are responsible for scheduling your weekly calls using the provided booking system.
● If you miss a scheduled call without prior notice, it may not be rescheduled.
Calite reserves the right to discontinue access to calls or the group if users violate community guidelines or act inappropriately.
Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Elite Plan.
If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. Calite requires a signed Parental Consent Form to be completed and returned before coaching begins. This form will be sent via email upon registration and must be approved before access to the Telegram group or 1-on-1 sessions is granted.
Failure to return a signed consent form may result in delays or denial of service, with no refunds provided.
Calite reserves the right to discontinue access to calls or the group if users violate community guidelines or act inappropriately.

● Downloadable products are yours to keep once delivered.
● Any live access (e.g., group chats, calls) may be time-limited and is subject to change without notice.

We may update, pause, or modify the website, plans, or features at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for temporary downtime or access issues caused by technical disruptions or maintenance.
- Jurisdiction & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
