Digital Content: Customer and Seller Responsibilities

This page outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the customer (you) and the seller (us) when purchasing digital content from our website, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Non-Custom (Generic) Digital Content
Examples: eBooks, standard workout plans, general guides.
Your Rights as a Customer
  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the digital product.
  • However, this right is lost once you download or access the digital product, provided:

    • You were informed before purchase that downloading/accessing the product would waive your cancellation right.
    • You gave your explicit consent to lose this right (via a checkbox or similar).

Our Responsibilities as the Seller
  • We must
    • Clearly inform you of your cancellation rights and how they may be waived
    • Provide the digital product in a format that is accessible and functional
    • Offer a refund if the content is faulty, not as described or fails to function as expected.

Custom (Personalised) Digital Content

Examples: Bespoke workout plans tailored to your personal goals, lifestyle, or health conditions.

Your Rights as a Customer

  • As this is a personalised product, you do not have the automatic right to cancel or request a refund once the order has been processed and delivered.
  • By purchasing, you agree that:
    • The product is being made specifically for you, based on the information you provided
    • You waive your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period.

Our Responsibilities as the Seller

  • We must
    • Deliver the product in line with the agreed specifications and within a reasonable time frame.
    • Ensure that the plan matches the information you provided at the time of purchase.
    • Offer corrections or adjustments if there is a clear error or mismatch due to our oversight.

Faulty Content (Applicable to Both Types)
If a digital product is faulty (e.g. corrupted file, won’t open, or clearly not what was advertised), you have the right to:
  • Request a repair or replacement.
  • If that’s not possible, request a partial or full refund.
