RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At CALITE, we stand behind the quality and fit of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

 

 

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

 

 

Exchanges (Recommended)

If your item doesn’t fit how it should, we offer exchanges to ensure you get the right size.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the original item back to us. Once your item has been received and approved, we will process your exchange.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns and will be issued to your original payment method once your item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all refunds.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without original tags

  • Any items marked as final sale

 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
